Programming Coordinator

Job responsibilities: Duties for this position include maintaining contract files; ensuring station contractual compliance for all programming, placing orders for show tapes and missed feeds and maintainence of records of all tapes shipped/received. Will also coordinate satellite feeds for movies and all shows with Production Coordinator, Engineering and Master Control and provide standby programming to traffic & master control/engineering for all live programming and maintain station public file and the FCC children’s program reports and answer all viewer calls/letters/emails, filing letter & response in public file.
Experience: To work with us, you'll need a high school diploma, computer skills, written & verbal communication skills, must also have the ability to juggle multiple assignments under tight deadlines. Previous media experience preferred but not required.

Job responsibilities: Duties for this position include selling announcements to local agencies & advertisers. Developing from list of accounts the maximum number of dollars on a long term basis. You will follow-up on business sold to make sure it runs as ordered; collect competitive sales information & develops sales presentations; make sure that all paperwork relating to sales is accurate; suggest new business possibilities & seeks out new business opportunities; work with other internal sales groups to develop integrated sales packages for interested clients/agencies; work with management on any potential credit or collections issues.
Experience: To work with us, you’ll need a college degree in marketing or other related field. One year prior sales or business development experience required; outside or media sales preferred. Computer skills, written & verbal communications skills, ability to make decisions quickly, good interpersonal skills.

Job responsibilities: Duties for this position include: selling programs and annoucements to local agencies; developing from list of accounts, the maximum amount of dollars on a long term basis. You must be familiar with Nielson and Arbitron books, including the ability to interpret meaningful statistical information. You must follow-up on business sold to make sure it runs as ordered; collect competitive sales information, and develop sales presentations; make sure that all the paperwork relating to sales is accurately and promptly entered into the OSI system and suggest new business.
Experience: To work with us you will need a college degree in marketing or a related field. You will need 2-3 years prior sales experience - outside or media-related sales preferred. Computer skills, written and verbal communication skills, ability to make decisions quickly. Good interpersonal skills.
